Prayer Stretch - Wrist flexors stretch

This stretch is perfomed to stretch the wrist flexor musclses and and very simple to perform.

Prayer Stretch

  • Place palms together over head.
  • Keep palms together and move hands downward as far as possible.
  • Hold end position for 5-10 seconds
  • Repeat for 5-6 times
