Elbow extension stretch with palm down supine
Elbow extension stretch with palm down supine

Instructions:
  • Lie on back, with arm at side, supported on towel, above elbow, as shown.
  • Position palm down.
  • A variation of this exercise can be made by changing position of forearm and adding weights as per requirement.
  • Relax arm and allow gravity to stretch.
  • Hold end position for 10-15 seconds
  • Repeat for 5-6 times
